1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

(1) Account Registration and Login

To provide you with our game services, you may choose to register an account and log in, or you can use guest login to enter the game directly. You also have the option to log in by binding your account with third-party platforms such as Facebook, Amazon, or others.

(2) Information Collected via Our Customer Support Channels

When you utilize our products and/or services, and encounter issues related to account management, payment top-up, or other matters, you may contact Customer Service through the officially designated feedback channels. We recommend you prioritize contacting us via the email address disclosed in this Policy. To facilitate our customer service team's ability to quickly address your needs and provide efficient solutions, you are required to detail your specific request. Please be advised that if you fail to provide the necessary information required to resolve the issue, we may be unable to process your request in a timely manner.

Additionally, we have implemented a Feedback function within the product. When you use this function and choose to paste content from your clipboard to simplify the feedback operation, we may temporarily collect information from your clipboard that is directly relevant to the feedback issue. We hereby commit that, without your separate and explicit consent, we will not collect, store, or use any information from your clipboard that is unrelated to the feedback, strictly safeguarding your information security and privacy rights.

(3) Information Automatically Collected Upon Game Use (Device Information)

While you are engaged in gameplay, our game may, based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use, receive and record relevant device information to provide you with continuous and stable online game operation support. This device information includes: Device name, device model, and Unique Device Identifiers (UDIDs) (including, but not limited to, MAC address, ICCID, IMSI, Android ID, OAID, and GAID); Operating system and application version and type (information about user operations and behaviors on the device); IP address, language settings, resolution; Random-access memory (RAM) of the mobile terminal; Software installation list; Currently running processes, a list of running processes, and sensor list.

(4) Information Collected by Invoking Device Permissions

To enhance the user experience and convenience of our products and/or services, we may collect the following personal information by invoking device permissions. If you do not consent to providing this personal information, you may be unable to use certain features and may need to manually re-enter some information during your use of our products and/or services. However, your refusal to provide this information will not affect your ability to engage in network gameplay.

a. Location Permission: For native or H5 activities, which may vary by channel and region to offer diverse content, we may need you to authorize access to your device's Location Permission. Location information is considered sensitive personal information. Refusing to provide this information will not affect your normal use of our product, and you can revoke your location authorization at any time.

b. External Storage Permission: To ensure the security of in-game payments and to save and store a player's current game data when the game is running in the background, you can choose to authorize read and write access to your device's external storage (including permissions to modify/delete and read content on the SD card).

c. Phone State and Identity Permission: When you use our game services, including when the game is running in the background, we will request permissions to discover known accounts and to read your phone state and identity. This is for the purpose of identifying you and ensuring the security of your account.

d. Network Status: To prevent excessive mobile data usage, we need to view your network connection status to provide you with data usage warnings.

e. Camera Permission: We will request your Camera Permission when you upload photos on the feedback page or use any other feature that requires a camera.

f. Application List: When you use our products, we may request permission to access the list of applications installed on your device to provide personalized features or services (for example, to detect whether a specific application is installed).

If you wish to enable or experience the functions listed above, you may need to grant the corresponding access permissions on your device. You can also revoke this authorization at any time by turning off the relevant permissions in your phone's settings. The way permissions are displayed and disabled may differ across devices; please refer to the instructions or guidelines provided by the device and system developers.

Please note that when our product is in a quiescent state or running in the background, we will not collect or use any of your information.

Please note that information such as standalone device information or location information is considered non-identifiable in isolation. If we combine this non-personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person, or use it in conjunction with other personal information, such non-personal information will be treated as personal information during the period of combined use. Unless we obtain your authorization or as otherwise required by laws and regulations, we will de-identify or aggregate such Personal Information.

(5) Payment Verification Information

We sell virtual items or goods (for use within this game only) through our services, including game packs, direct game top-ups, privileged monthly cards, etc. (subject to what is available within the product). These payment services are provided by third-party payment service providers. We will only obtain verification information from the third-party payment service provider confirming that your payment has been completed, and we will then provide you with the corresponding paid products and services. If you wish to understand the specific rules for how the third-party payment service provider collects personal information, please refer to their officially published privacy policy.

2. Third-Party Services

Our services may link to other websites or mobile applications. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other websites or mobile applications, as they may have different privacy policies and terms of use and are independent of us. If we terminate our services or operations, we and the third-party platforms we cooperate with will promptly cease the continued collection of your Personal Information. Please note specifically that: If your Personal Information is held by a third-party data controller, such as an advertising service provider or payment service provider, we will take reasonable and necessary steps to notify that third party of your deletion request. However, to ensure your Personal Information is fully deleted, we recommend you contact the third party directly in accordance with their privacy policy to verify the data processing status.

If you wish to cancel your product account, you may contact us using the contact information we provide. Please be aware that once an account cancellation is completed, it cannot be restored, so please proceed with caution.

d. Right to Data Portability

You are legally entitled to the Right to Data Portability, which entitles you to request that we transmit your personal data to you or to a designated third party in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. Please note that this right only applies in the following specific circumstances: where the processing is based on your consent or is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, and the processing is carried out by us through automated means.

If, due to complexity or if we are handling a large volume of requests, more than one month is required, we will promptly inform you of the progress. We may request verification of your identity, as this concerns your Personal Information, and this measure is taken to better protect your privacy.

Please note that if you repeatedly submit the same request or if a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, we may choose not to respond, or we may charge a small administrative fee.

In certain situations, we may be unable to respond to some of your requests pursuant to applicable data protection laws. Should this occur, we will explain the reason to you, unless we are restricted by relevant laws and regulations from disclosing further details.

8. Children

We do not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Data from Children, nor do we knowingly permit such individuals to use our services. If you are a Child, we recommend that you obtain the permission of your parent or legal guardian before engaging with our games.
